Ordering for Statistics Publications

In Japan:

Through book shops, Government Publication Centers:

You can make order for our publications at any bookshops and Government
Publication Service Centers/Service Stations. If they have no stocks of
our publications, they ask us for shipping. This is the most convenient and
money saving way of ordering our publications.

Placing order directly to us:

If you wish to get our publications directly, please send your order
by facsimile and send money through the banks or the Japan Post's postal
giro service. With this method, you are kindly requested to afford the shipping
charges. For ordering by facsimile, please use the order from which can be
available by downloading here(Publication Ordering Form).

We welcome your visit to our office and we have a library section where
you can see the sample publications, and are ready to sell our publications and
periodicals there.


Notes:

In Japan, it may take 1week -10 day for shipping after receiving your
order. You are kindly requested to afford the shipping charges.
Payment through bank, you are requested to afford the bank's charge
for sending money.
Please note that we could not accept the return of shipped
publications due to your reasons. Please make sure the filled ordering list
before sending by facsimile.
If there is a missing and other default on the shipped publication, we will
resend it at our burden.
If you are in a hurry to get our publications, please visit the nearby
book shops and give your order. Our publications and periodicals can be
ordered at any book shops in Japan without shipping charges.


From outside of Japan:

Unfortunately, we do not accept directly the order for our publications from
outside of Japan.
It is accordingly suggested to contact the Kasumigaseki Government Publications Service
Center where they handle the shipping services for government publications/periodicals to abroad.

We publish the following periodicals on a basis of monthly and annually.
All of those periodicals are written in Japanese.
It may be convenient for subscribers who purchase regularly the periodicals
to make an advance payment(18,650 yen)for the annual subscription.
